It’s that time again – the clocks have gone back, the nights are drawing in and the weather is not only getting colder, but it’s wet and windy too. Most of us don’t fancy venturing outside with the kids and instead want to snuggle up with them in the warmth of our own homes. So today’s blog is all about cosy and useful gifts for kids this winter.

To keep the kids warm this winter, I would highly recommend heatable soft toys. These can be put into the microwave and will keep your kids toasty warm on those cold winter nights. These Microwavable Hotties are the perfect bedtime companions. New to the microwavable animal range this year are the Sparkly Eyes Hotties and the YooHoo and Friends collection. For girls the heatable rag dolls are still as popular as ever.

Animal slippers are also a good shout as gifts for kids this winter. The fun designs encourage kids to keep slippers on their feet as well as keeping their feet warm too. Aroma Home have a fabulous collection of both animal slippers and animal slipper boots, which are perfect gifts for older girls and teenagers.

For those rainy days, choose from our fantastic collection of kids umbrellas. I can guarantee these will come in very handy and get well used!!

For nights in watching the TV, kids will love cuddling up to pillow pets or animal snuggle cushions, so again these make great gifts for kids. They also make great bedtime companions and have proved to be very popular with kids of all ages.

My favourite gifts for kids this winter are definitely the microwavable animal range – but which are yours?
